Terms of Agreement By using ReturnIt services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. ReturnIt is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
2. You grant ReturnIt permission to enter your property to collect return items.
3. ReturnIt is authorized to take return items to designated shipping carriers.
4. You must notify ReturnIt of any cancellations at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled pick up date and time; failure to do so will result in a full charge.
5. Additional charges may apply for larger packages and/or special packaging requirements.
By proceeding, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
Disclaimer for Item Pick Up Services
This service is for the transportation of items between designated locations only. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Liability: The service provider, ReturnIt, LLC, is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of items picked up or transported.
2. Packing: You are responsible for the cost of any required packaging. If appropriate package size is not selected, ReturnIt reserves the right to charge your payment method for the appropriate sized package.
3. Payment: Payment hold is required to submit the request, payment will be collected 24-hours prior to designated pick up date/time provided.
4. Delays and Cancellations: While we strive for timely pick ups and deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific times. We are not liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any potential delays or cancellations.
5. Insurance: We are not responsible for insurance coverage for the items being transported. You are responsible for any insurance you deem necessary.
6. Right to Refuse: We have the right to refuse to pick up items that are not appropriately placed, are too large, or pose a safety hazard.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. By using our item pick up service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
