ReturnIt offers a convenient return service for a fee of $7.99 for up to 4 items. For additional items a charge of $1.99 will apply for reach return.  

ReturnIt provides flexible label printing and packaging solutions tailored to your needs. We offer a variety of box sizes, including small (8x8x8), medium (10x10x10) and large (14x14x14), available for an additional charge to ensure your products are packaged appropriately. 
A single package may be purchased for several return items if all items have the same shipping label. If items are on separate shipping label, more than one package is required for purchase. 

ReturnIt proudly serves the Northern Colorado region, including Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, Johnstown, Milliken, Severance, Windsor, Timnath, Eaton, Evans and La Salle.  

ReturnIt offers a convenient 2-hour pick up window, giving you ample time to prepare your items for collection while ensuring they are not left outside for too long. 

After submitting your return request, you will receive a notification within 48 hours with your scheduled pick up date and time. 

ReturnIt allows you to select a return-by date when submitting your request, ensuring your items are delivered to the carrier within the required timeframe for processing. 

To submit a request, please have the following information ready:

• Contact information
• Description of the item(s)
• Return/shipping label 
  • Printing is not required or QR code
  • Must be FedEx, UPS or USPS
• Pick Up Address
• Payment Information 

To submit your request, payment information is necessary. However, you will not incur any charges until 24-hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. If you decide to cancel your request at least 24-hours in advance, no charges will apply. 

ReturnIt keeps you informed every step of the way. You will receive notifications when your item is picked up and again when it is dropped off at the designated carrier, ensuring you are updated on the location of your return item(s).
