To begin using ReturnIt, first initiate your return with the online retailer and ensure that your item qualifies for a return.
After receiving confirmation from the retailer, complete a pick up request form.
ReturnIt will then collect your item(s) and deliver them to the specified shipping carrier.

Upload your return label or QR code in the request form and specify your pick up location to start the process.   

 ​Submit your request and expect to receive a notification within 48 hours detailing your scheduled pick up date and time.  

 *Instant confirmation when your returns are picked up.
*Email confirmation once your items are dropped off at the designated carrier. 

ReturnIt accepts online returns through all major shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS and USPS. We offer a flat rate of $7.99 for up to four return items.  

Please note additional fees may apply for packaging and printing return slips. 

For pick ups exceeding 4 items, a fee of $1.99 will apply for each additional item. ​
